Does an EZX include all of the MIDI tracks?

If I purchase the Metal Machine EZX (or any other EZX) without purchasing the Metal Machine MIDI Pack, does the EZX include all of those tracks anyways?

If you look at the product page for the Metal Machine MIDI pack,
(https://www.toontrack.com/product/metal-machine-midi/)
you will find that it states:
“Please note that this is the same MIDI as included in the Metal Machine EZX.“
