Do I want Sound or MIDI libraries?

I’m not interested in the extra drums sets, I’m interested in grooves for writing songs, the Rock Warehouse looks cool. So would Sound expansion packs, or MIDI expansion packs be more appropriate for my needs?

MIDI packs are just grooves. No sounds or kits.
