discount on EZ drummer 3 if I have SD3?

Was considering EZd 3 for my Son since he really dn need the complexities of SD3 just for adding drum parts to mixes on his laptop. He is essentially brand new to using a DAW (Reaper) so I want him to have something that sounds great AND is user-friendly. Only reason I got SD3 and not EZd was b/c I have a large e kit and needed to be able to add many extra instruments. But I’m wondering if Toontrack would charge me the discounted price  since I have SD3 or full price? I did send a separate contact us email too but wondered if anyone has done this sorta thing?

Full price I should imagine.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

Well that sux if that is the case. Why would they charge less to go from ezx to sd3 but not the other way around? Especially given that the SDx packs don’t work with ezd. I guess I will wait on the official response. But I’m not about to pay full price for EZd given that I have already dumped nearly a grand on SD3 plus packs. If that is the case, we may just need to find a cheaper alternative. he isn’t using it with an e kit. just mixing.
