Hi, when I use Addictive drums and set each piece of kit to it’s own output then decide to use a different kit all the outputs remain as set up…when I use EZdrummer and change kits after setting up individual outputs the outputs revert back to all the kit on one stereo track..this is a pain! am I missing something or is it just not possible in EZdrummer..(which I would rather use)
cheers…
I assume the main reason is there are different mixer configurations with every preset.

In Settings -> Advanced there is an option to use up to 32 mono outputs BUT only for Cubase/Nuendo.
I suppose that means EZ Drummer will be available in stereo only for others DAW so it removes all the assignements just in case.
I’m sure your right shootie my friend..seems a pity Addictive drums can do with any kit but EZD cannot..
Thanks for your reply Mauricioluqe, just a pity to lose and re assign outputs every time I change a kit..

Thanked by: MauricioLuqueI get the lack of convenience is frustrating. There’s no fix if you want variety though. I can only assume Addictive has the same channel layout in this case. No offense at all to that software.
One thing to note just incase you didn’t know. When you get a setup you love, you can set as default project. Or your User Presets remember your routing.
You can’t blast through presets routed, but at least you can save your routing when you find a good setup.
