Do I have to send a email to anyone to get the autorization? I read somewhere that you only get 2.

You have 4 total authorizations (unique Computer IDs) before you need to contact support to free any up.

Thanks. I can’t locate my CD but finaly figured out what my serial # is by logging into my account. I was able to deauthorize my existing machine and then reathorize it and sucessfully feed the code back to EZD.
