DFH Superior (original) registration problem

Hi, I’m a newbie to Toontrack but have dumped FXPansion BFD2 to move to the Superior line. BFD2 has disappointed me severely.

I’ve been hunting for the original DFH Superior programme to get started and recently bought a 2nd hand but original package on eBay. I deliberately bought this package first as I love the drum samples and wanted to try out before moving to Superior 2.0 which I intended to upgrade to via. Toontrack web site.

Unfortunately the DFH package is already registered to another user, so I’m wondering how I go about forcing a registration transfer to my account. The original sellers were simply selling onwards on behalf of a third party.

The software is entirely legitimate, I have the serial number and would like urgent help to sort this out. I will also not buy pirated software so I’m an honest buyer.

Is there a Toontrack phone number to call to discuss this further? I can send on the original owner’s details.

Scott, I’d just like to thank Toontrack for amazing support last night. This issue was sorted within hours. Delighted to have dumped BFD2 in favour of moving to the Superior line – so much so I’ve already bought the upgrade from DFH Superior to Superior 2.0.
