Demo upright piano after buyig and using grand piano –

    Hi,

    do you mean that you have installed and run the Grand Piano successfully and then tried to install the Upright Demo but received errors and then you manually deleted files?
    Can you make sure you have uninstalled both products via the Product Manager?
    Can you then re-install the Grand Piano and check that it works before trying to install the Upright Piano Demo?
    If you receive errors, can you please post screen shots?
