I’m looking for a way to filter out mistriggers, and I have lots of hits with a velocity of 1 that were recorded. Is there an automatic way to filter them out in the Grid Editor?

no select notes by velocity range (great idea btw, please post a feature request in the Requests & Feedback section) but what I would do is:
In the Grid Editor, zoom out so the entire song is visible, with a little space on the right side. Select all lanes that have these soft mis-triggered notes. Maximise the Velocity lane
With the Pointer Tool selected, click and drag from the lower right bottom to the left and lasso-select them. If you accidentally select a couple of wrong notes, hold shift and click them in the Velocity lane to de-select. If it’s easier to lasso-select the notes you wish to keep in the Velocity lane, do so and then hit Shift +I to invert the selection.
When you’re done with selecting the notes, just Delete them.
