In section 11.2 of the manual there is described “Superior Drummer 3 can be launched by default in 16 bit mode by clicking the “Open Performance Settings” button and selecting the Launch in 16 bit sound mode option”. I am sure I used to do this but I no longer seem to have this option – see screenshot. Has this changed with later updates or am I doing something wrong ?

Hi,
if you have your Default Project loaded and then engage the 16-bit option in the Memory drop-down, you can ‘Set Current to Default Project’ and SD3 will launch with the 16-bit option enabled.

Thanks John but I have lots of kits/libraries that I want to always launch in 16bit mode. Whenever I change kits or libraries then it defaults to 24bit mode and I have to reset to 16bit which is annoying.
Has this option to always launch in 16bit been removed with one of the updates ? the manual still shows it is an option. cheers, Andrew
