Decades SDX download issue

I have tried to download this from Product Manager several times. It gets to the last 30 seconds and then never completes. It gets stuck in a loop and keeps re-starting the timer counting down the last 30 seconds…Is there a solution for this? I was excited to begin using it.

Thank you – it eventually completed, I just was not sure whether it was better to let it sit there, or re-start the download.
