My trusty G5 has sadly died, I mean really dead no hope of getting it going. I have just got a new Mac Pro. I have de-authorised my downloads so I can reinstall them on the new machine . That should be fine as I seem to have one left ( I thought it was 4 BTW). I only ever install on one machine.
Question, How can Toontrack de-authorised a computer which is completely defunct. I don’t want to lose any authorizations because of this.
Just Remove the Authorizations as you have done for a few of the products. You only have used up 1 Authorization each, so there’s no worry. You can also have 2 Authorizations active at the same time. 4 Auths in total over a reasonable time period, then you contact us to free one up.
