    Hi,

those errors are bit confusing as I recall. Actually, I’ve seen one user get rid of this error he had with a plugin simply by rebooting his Mac (which he very seldom did).

Have you tried to Trash the Pro Tools Prefs?

    Thanks John for your reply.

No I haven’t I’m not sure how to do that on a Mac. It’s a bit strange, I did a clean re-install of everything. operating system, protools, plugins I literally started again. EZ mix started to work but then My EZKeys got the same error….

    Thanks again

    Well, Sweetwater has a guide:

    https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/articles/how-do-i-trash-my-pro-tools-preferences/

and there is also a free application that can help with both backing up and trashing:

    http://petegates.com/pg-pt-prefs.html

    I would try this first.

If that doesn’t work I would try navigating to ‘{Mac HD}/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins’ and delete the ‘EZkeys.aaxplugin’.

Next re-download and run the EZKeys Player 1.2.5 update.

    BR,

    John
