Cymbals and assorted other sounds simply not playing

Hi everybody,

 

I’m experiencing a strange anomaly; essentially kits appear to load correctly i.e. all sample names and GUI intact.  The midi appears to interact with the GUI normally, but my cymbals, and in some cases my toms, don’t produce sounds.  Snares and Bassdrums work fine on all kits.

Nothing has changed about my setup from yesterday when everything worked fine.  A simple reboot doesn’t fix it.

Any ideas or suggestions welcome.  Thank you.

I’d check the mixer. Anything channels muted? You can send all of your channels out of outputs 1&2 to make sure it’s not related to the output routings to your audio interface (if you are using one).
