CYMBAL CHOKE not working

When I choke my cymbal, the TRIGGER SOUND STAYS CHOKED. So then every time I hit the cymbal after 1 choke, it sounds choked EVERYTIME. I must SHUTDOWN EZD2 every single time just to fix this problem.. essentially I cannot use the choke function.

Operating system: macOS Catalina (10.15)

I use an Alesis Nitro Kit and i have this exact problem as well

EZdrummer version: 2.1.8
Operating system: Windows 10

wow really??? That means im not imagining it hahahah.. I have my E-DRUM selection as DM-10.. what E-drum did you select? My High Hat only works on the DM10 setting
