Current Mac Versions of Pop/Rock and Cocktail in EZD2?

Hey Toontrack,

Just double checking my EZD2 upgrade installation and wanted to know what the current Mac versions of Pop/Rock and Cocktail in EZD2 are?

You can always use the ‘Check for updates’ function in the EZdrummer 2 Help Menu. It will tell you exactly if there are any EZX:s and/or MIDI that needs updating

Yes, I tried this yesterday, but it wasn’t telling me that Cocktail needed to be updated, yet there was an update for it showing up on the “My Products/EZdrummer Line/EZdrummer” page.

So, are these up to date? Just wanted to get an official confirmation from the pros, and put this to bed!

What version number is shown when you go >MENU>Sound Libraries>Cocktail? It should be 1.5.0.

It’s saying version 1.4.0

And for that matter, so is the Pop/Rock library (1.4.0).

All of the other Sound Libraries say 1.5.0 (except for EZdrummer Modern & Vintage).

How should I proceed?

I’m on Windows, and my Cocktail is version 1.3.3, and Pock/Rock is 1.40.

Everything else is 1.50, but Modern/Vintage are both 1.00

EDIT: Seems I was able to update Cocktail to 1.40, but looking thru the My Products page, it was telling me that the Pop/Rock kit was activated, but it’s working on my computer.

I was told by Tech Support to install the 1.5.1 Pop/Rock full installer.

Yet it says here that I don’t have to:

Really simple questions here, which turn into very confusing answers!

Will try installing the 1.5.1 installer now.

Installed the 1.5.1 Pop/Rock full installer… All seems ok.

Hope I got the right advice this time!

Well, Pop/rock is now 1.5.1, but Cocktail is still 1.40

Toontrack Support told me that they’ll be updating Cocktail soon.
