[Cubase] LE possible?

Hi I setup Ezplayer with Cubase 4 Studio without any issues. I am now trying to set it up on another system where I am running a version of Cubase 4 LE which came with my audio interface. Cubase 4 LE doesn’t have:

“Devices > VST Instruments”

Is there another way to get this working? Should I add a MIDI track and Instrument track separately?

In Cubase 5 LE, there is no VST/Instruments, either, but I am able to ‘add instrument track’ then choose ‘EZDrummer’ from my choice of VST instruments, and then drag ‘n drop the midi files to that track and away I go!
