Hey,
does anybody have a hint how to display an EZDrummer e.g. from Metalheads in the right scale?
My goal to have an Midi groove transcripted.
I think it depends an so called Drummaps (never worked with that).
I´ve checked the drums/perc. option in the notation config, but the scores didn´t looks like drumnotation.
You can find some drum maps for Cubase in your Toontrack account under the ‘Downloads’ section. Scroll down to the ‘Extra Downloads (user contributed)’ section and select EZdrummer->HostStuff->Cubase->DrumMaps and download the zip file named DrumMapsWN.zip.
Unzip the maps to a location on your hard drive and you can brows for them in Drum Maps Setup in Cubase. For more details, check the Cubase 6 manual for how to use and load the drum maps.
There isn’t a drum map in the zip file specifically for the Metalheads EZX but the DFH EZX or the default map should get you close. You can then edit the mapping in Cubase using the MIDI Layout pdf file in the Metalheads EZX if you want. You can access the MIDI Layout through the ‘?’ in EZdrummer.

Okay, thanks. I think the main thing is to setup Cubase the right parameters to display the correct transcription.
