Thanks for the dump file. Would you be able to send us that Cubase project (without audio files)?

The file is too big. Size: 28599 kb
do you have an email address to which I can send it?
I’ve sent you file request with a link where you can upload it.

Could this be related to my scaling problem?

The project would crash even if it was opened with EZbass 1.0.8, with which it was originally saved.
I have attached a Cubase project that has been modified so that it can be opened. When you open it, open the EZbass instance in it and select “File > Open Project” to load the ezbp file that is also included in the zip, because it has an even better fix that couldn’t be hacked into the Cubase project file.
Edit: I’m sending the file through mail instead.

Hello Olpf
Thank you so much now it works again
did I do something wrong?
just installed the update
until then
RH
You’re welcome. No, the update doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the issue, it was the old version that had introduced an error in the project. I think that bug has been fixed already so that it won’t happen again. The next version will also automatically fix such an error if it is encountered instead of crashing.
