Crossgrade process and cost

Ok, So I would like to upgrade from EZ 2 to SD 3 – and I cannot find a way on the site to do this, nor can I find an actual price. Usually there is an upgrade path in your account.  How is this accomplished?

Operating system: Windows 10

It is also available at other 3rd party retailers that may have a better price than the Toontrack Webshop.
