Crossgrade from EZDrummer 3 to Superior Drummer 3

Is it possible to crossgrade from EZDrummer 3 to Superior Drummer 3? I can’t find anything on the web about it.

Once you click “add to cart” for Superior Drummer 3, you will be asked to select which version you would like to purchase. If you are logged in with your EZdrummer 2 registration, you can then select Crossgrade.

I am not seeing any option for that. I am logged in with my account that i purchased EZDrummer 3 with. All i see at checkout is “Apply Coupon Code”. That’s it

On a third party seller i am seeing a crossgrade option (the company is a trusted seller here in austria and germany). But i am not sure cause i can’t even find the option on the toontrack website for a EZDrummer 3 crossgrade. This the website. You should translate it to English. I see the option on Toontrack.com just as I stated. I could scroll down the SD3 product page and see a Crossgrade promotion as well. If I were to buy from a third party site and I was absolutely positive I owned EZD3, I would simply take the serial number that I purchased, and paste it into the Toontrack’s Product Manger under the Register New Product button.

Hm, that’s weird! But you can confirm that a crossgrade from EZDrummer 3 (not EZDrummer 2) to Superior Drummer 3 is possible?

Edit: I had to scroll down a lot to find what you were talking about. It says “For owners of any version of EZdrummer 2.” Does that mean i am not able to crossgrade if i only have EZDrummer 3?

I have not done that specific Crossgrade myself. I’m sure a mod or someone will swing in and confirm soon.

Hi Erik,

Just a random thought, the option to cross grade on toontrack.com is a pop up window. Make sure your browser security is allowing it.

Hey Brad! Nice to have your support once again. I can confirm that i am not getting a pop up even though my browser security is not blocking anything. My only question is, is a crossgrade from EZDrummer 3 to Superior Drummer 3 possible? I am getting mixed information from different sources and want to be sure.

Hey man! Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah i get the option to buy the normal version of SD3 and the Crossgrade version BUT it doesn’t state for what versions it is possible to crossgrade from as you have it in your screenshot.
I’m not seeing this -> (Screenshot i attached)

Not getting it for some reason. I have EZDrummer 3 authorized and registered and working on my PC. The login is the correct one too. I am just afraid of purchasing the crossgrade for SD3 and then not being able to have it work…
