If you select a different output than 1 in ezd2 then ezd2 crashes. Happens 100% of the time.
I’ll ask again, is there not an ezdrummer support area currently?
How did you even get ahold of it? Toontrack’s site seems to be crushed under the demand and I can’t download EZ2

What Operating System (version) and what version of Live are you running?
Also, what sound card are you using and what version of sound card drivers?

Hi,
i have the same problem with cubase7.5/win 8.1
multichannel opens and after then i try to change channel 1(main out) to ch 3 ezd2 crashed.
We have done some investigations and can reproduce. One question though, what sample rate are you using in your projects?

Hi,
I’ve got the same problem.
when I try to to use the multi out within Protools 10.3.9,( Windows 7, 32 bits ) EZ drummer 2 crashes Protools.
I think I have been able to locate and fix this bug. Until it is released,
the workaround I can think of, is to never change the routing
so that a new output becomes used when using a sample rate
other than 44k1. So, when you change your routing you go:
-temporarily set sample rate to 44.1
-change routing
-bring sample rate back to whatever it was

I’m having the same problem.
Pro Tools HD 11.1.3, Windows 8.1, HDX card with Avid Omni. 48k 24bit.
Output 3 Is missing when clicking for Multi-Out.
And a full crash ensues when more than two aux tracks are used.
If you need a beta tester with a system such as mine, I am available. Shoot me an NDA.

Fix coming soon?
Changing the sample rate in Pro Tools is not an option. So, EZ Drummer is useless here. How long will this fix take to implement and are offering refunds?
Thanks,
tom

We have fixed this bug (and a couple of others) Now it’s a only a question of testing the new version to make sure it’s a solid release. We are rushing as quickly as possible but it wouldn’t do anyone any good if we released it too quickly. I appreciate your patience!

Thanks for the reply.
Will this fix also include the random mis-numbering of the Multi-Out option?
Thanks again.

I am not aware of any such problems. Where and when does
what happen?
