in the new Studio one 5 SD3 is spiking bad just using SD3 and a couple guitar tracks and its maxed out my cpu, clicking and popping even crashing my PC. I’m using 2 cores on my Windows 10, 64 bit 4 core Sweetwater CS 250 V5 PC. It’s even spiking when playing back a few tracks, I use Ez drummer 2 and no spikes at all using multiple 3rd party plugins plus a couple native instruments, along w/ezdrummer 2, no problems at all, as soon as I use SD3 it starts spiking my cpu rendering it unusable. WTF?!?!?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What is your audio buffer set to? How much RAM on your computer? How much RAM is your kit in S3 using?
