Core library and upgrade from EZ drummer 2 to 3.

Hello.

 

I just bought EZ drummer 3, and try to upgrade from the 2nd version but I can’t  download the “core library”?  When I click on It I get the message that the server can’t find the page or link. Maybe you can help me?! Thanks

The text is:

”One or more required files are missing”

And Toontrack ” installer has finished with some errors”

Hi Emmanuel,

please use the ‘Contact Support’ button found at the bottom of every FAQ page to contact Support directly.
There may be a problem with the package on the server closest to you. If I try to download the EZD3 Core Library, it works as expected.
