I’m trying to contact support about an account issue.
Every time I fill the form in, I get taken back to the initial screen with “please select a product” in Red. It’s not about a product. It’s about my account and there’s nowhere in the form (once you’ve selected “account” to enter product details anyway.
Can anyone help?
