CONFIG FILE ERROR

Hello, I recently bought a new MacBook Pro and tried to install all of my purchases via my purchases and downloads menu. I was sucessfull downloading ez drummer but cannot install any of my ezx expansion purchases. I’m getting an error that says “CONFIG FILE ERROR” could not read installer config file. What am I doing incorrectly here? I’m running 10.13.6 High Sierra OSX.

did you first run the Full Product Installer for EZdrummer 2, followed by the 2.1.7 update?

I’m having the same problem except its with drum riffs midi pack and two ez mix expansions. ez mix 2 downloaded with no problem its just the midi and expansions get the config error

If you use the Product Manager application to launch the installers, you won’t get “config file error.”
