I just bought an EZ Drummer 6 pack and I can’t download any of them. it says “Could not read installer config file”.
Hi, sorry you’re having problems here, hopefully we can get them fixed.
First of all do you have EZDrummer 2 updated to 2.1.4?
If you can give me the name of the first thing you are trying to download and install.
Also host platform (Windows/Mac, etc… version all that) it will help.

Please use Toontrack Product Manager for updating.

Hmm. Well, I tried, but the Nashville update said I needed to update my Toontrack software, but the EzDrummer update said it was for Mac OS X 10.4-10.9 when I tried to install it. I’m on 10.12.
Maybe the Product Manager could be made smart enough to not offer updates that won’t install, or help dummy users that click on buttons before reading the Details…
