Config File Error

When I try to install the EZ Drummer expansion packs Drumkit From Hell and Metal Machine, when I hit “run”, I get a pop up that says Config File Error

I had downloaded them from the Product Manager just to add..Help!

Hi,

I can see in the log that you downloaded them from the website. Please use the Product Manager application instead and you shouldn’t get such errors.

I installed the application and it’s the same product manager i already have

Here’s the problem I’m having, I’m trying to figure out how to add the EZ Drummer expansion packs to the EZ drummer in my DAW..I have the Metal Mechanic and Drumkit from Hell unzipped in my Downloads section but when I click on them to Run, it shows the config error..I’m trying to figure out how to add those packs to my EZ Drummer so when I pull the EZ Drummer up in my DAW and click Browser, they’ll show up..Hope that clears things up a bit

When Product Manager is installed, you need to actually run the application that was installed. Default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Toontrack\Toontrack Product Manager.exe. There may be a shortcut on your desktop too. In the application, you click Download Product and Install Product to install the EZXs.
