config error

Hi
I cannot load the doomcore product without getting a config error. I have a older version of EZdrummer Rock Solid.
I downloaded the product manager but it is associated with a different email account of mine, and every time I delete it and reinstall (hoping to be able to associate it with the correct email address) it automatically downloads under the wrong email address ..

I emailed support too. Help please?

Hi,

if you have multiple accounts, they need to be merged by Toontrack Support. If you have opened a Ticket by clicking the ‘Contact Support’ button located on all the FAQ pages, they will contact you as soon as possible.
