Computer ID

I need a little help registering  and authorizing EZ Drummer.
I bought the product from GC a couple of weeks ago and tried to install it today.
Went online to authorize the software and all went well until I was asked the “computer ID”. Now the computer ID I have is my first name (which is Jim).
I enter my computer ID and I get this,..

“The computer ID you provided is not in the correct format. Check your code and try again.”

Can someone help me with this issue? I’m well versed with PC’s and software but this one is confusing? What correct format am I suppose to use??
I looked for a phone number on this web site and I didn’t see one which prompted my to post here.

I just received an email stating that my copy of EZ Drummer has been successfully registered.

I know I didn’t finish the process online,… I’m a little confused here!!

I also had to install Toontrack Solo and now I understand the computer ID comes from.

No need to reply, I’m all set.
