Is there a function that will let you compress the tempo map so that you keep the fluctuations between bars but move them closer together in tempo?
I have live drums that were converted in Tracker and the tempo varies between 112 and 104. I want to take the tempo information on the tempo track and compress it so that it’s only between, say, 112 and 109. Is this possible?
Hi,
after you have exported the Tracked MIDI to the Song Track, it is pretty simple to Edit the Tempo. Just go to the Track Menu and ‘Edit Tempo’. When you see the Tempo breakpoints, you can move, delete or add points. You can also lasso-select a range of breakpoints to move up/down, left/right or delete them. The breakpoint snapping is zoom level dependent.
