I’m downloading the kit from the Product Manager app.
It downloads as a separate item, then when you open that theres an Install option but when you click on that, the error message above pops up

Are you installing using the install button from Product Manager or opening the downloaded file in Finder and installing from Finder (which I believe doesn’t work due to the age of the package).

I’m having to do a total delete and reinstall of EZD as I got into a right mess. Somehow overwrote EZD2 with EZD1 and then couldn’t fix it.

I’ll come back to you once that’s done and (hopefully) all is working as it should again.

Okay, so I click Download the Cocktail Kit from the Product Manager app –

And it downloads as a .dmg in the Toontrack folder but the Product Manager app doesn’t ask me to Install it (like other expansion kits). The download button just changes to “Open” instead

If I click “Open” the window below appears but if I click on “Installer” the message displayed in my original post appears – i.e. “Installer needs to be updated, etc…”

So I did manage to install it, but it’s not easy to do and requires knowledge of how packages are put together and installers are called. However, I did see a thread where someone put a ticket into support and they sorted it out for them. I would say to do that. Contact support through the FAQ page and they should be able to help you out.
