Hello,
When I go to launch ezdrummers Claustrophobic;I get prompted a message that states “Error” A serious problem has occurred. It goes on to tell me if the problem persist to contact steinberg etc… I tried re-installing the program twice but it is still giving me the saim results… I have even gotten the updates. THe Nashville set keeps prompting me a message that says ” This EZX requires EZDrummer version 1.1 or above. Please download the latest version of EZdrummer” I have downloaded all of the latest updates on your website… I dont know what to do? My other drum sets are working just fine , I have vintage Rock , pop rock and latin percussion… these all work fine… Please help.

if Nashville tells you it is not version 1.1 or above, then it is not… check the version number in the interface itself.
If the version number is not 1.3.1 (well, we KNOW it isn’t), then that means you have moved the dll manually and the update can’t do it’s job properly. Solution: point your (unspecified) host application to the actual location of the dll, as chosen (or default if left unattended) during installation!

In regards to Nashville , can you please provide the link as to where I can update the software. I am not sure if you answered my question pertaining to my claustrophobic software… if you did, I did not understand. Can you break everything down a little more.. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you need to update EZdrummer to the latest version (1.3.1). You can download the update from your Toontrack account under ‘My Products’.
Please will in your system specs on your member profile page in case we need to provide you with more specific support.
