Help can anyone give me an idea on why I can’t install this particular midi pack for EZKeys. When installing I get the message Software Update Recommended
The EZKeys Software version installed on your computer is not recommended for use with this product. You should upgrade it as soon as possible…

Am I to understand that this product is not for use with any of the EZKeys Grand Piano Upright Piano and other programs?

Where can I find out what I can use it with?

If you click the ‘Check for Updates’ in EZkeys standalone, are there updates that are available? If you do have updates, after updating, do you still get the error message when installing the MIDI pack?

Thanks very much…it worked and of course with any product it is hard to remember to check for updates LOL….appreciate your help very much. Look forward to using this midi pack as I am enjoying the other midi packs…..look forward to many more packs.

I agree about the updates. I’m sure glad Toontrack added the ‘Check for Updates’ feature.
