I can only see the Amber kit. The Sparkle kit is not visible . Is this normal?

If you’re loading the Sparkle Kit and it’s just a bunch of empty slots visually, simply uninstall/reinstall. I’ve heard this work for others.

Are you seeing an empty room? An EXP has only one graphic, which is shown for all of its kits. There’s nothing odd about seeing only the Amber Kit. An exception is the Modern/Vintage EXP. This has one graphic for Modern and one for Vintage.
