The computer is a Dell Inspiron 620 Quad core 1TB HD 6G Ram running Windows 7. I am using ToonTracks solo, Mixcraft Pro Studio 6 and Cakewalk X1d Producer. The plugin version number is 1.3.1 I bought EZD two days ago and Classic yesterday. I have the new drum kits but the groove library did not expand in any of the three DAWs.

I can see the files under the COMPUTER>OSDisc(C:)>Program Files (x86)>Toontrack>EzDrummer folder along with Cocktail etc and when I open the sounds file for each library, the files are there. When EzDrummer is open the only libraries shown are EZD LIBRARIES (which has EZD POP/ROCK and EZD DEMOS), EZX LIBRARIES (which has only EZX COCKTAIL), and USER LIBRARIES (which has MY MIDIFILES).

    Hi,

could you please try re-installing the 1.3.1 update and see if this rectifies the problem?
If not try re-installing the Classic EZX. If this still is not working, is it possible for you to provide a screen shot of your EZdrummer/Midi folder content?

I take it the stock POP/ROCK grooves are all there and work correctly?
And all sounds work as they should?

    BR,
    John

Than you for your reply. I did reinstal the 1.3.1 update and when that did not fix it, I reinstalled the EZD Classic. This provided not remedy. I then removed everything and reinstalled ExDrummer, then the 1.3.1 update, then the EZD Classic all 32 bit. This did not fix it. The POP/ROCK Grooves work as do the Cocktail Grooves with the exception of the snare being gone when using the Classic 4 Mic, when it appears only in the OH and AMB tracks.

Good to hear you are set but no, this is not the usual behavior . Looking at the provided information, I cannot understand why this happened on your computer. Please let us know if you experience any other strange behavior.

Same problem here with the Nashville library. Win7 64bit.

However, it seems that the midi files have not been installed! So I’ll try re-installing and inform you about the outcome.

Unfortunately, re-installing Nashville + the upgrade didn’t help!

    So, what’s next?

Well, after downloading the ZIP file again and re-installing it, the midi-files are there. The ZIP files had a slightly different size…

Perhaps, Toontrack should think about improving the installation routine and check for file size etc…
