Chord selector not appearing?

When I left click on the chord symbol the Chord Selector doesn’t appear, rather I get a menu that says ‘Adjust Chord Analysis”?

How do I get the wonderful wheel of chords to show up?

Left Click right on the Chord Name.  Should be that easy?

Select the pointer tool to the left of the song track.
