Chord recognition in audio tracker

Hi there,

I loaded a four bar bass run to a C major harmony into the audio tracker. Everything was also recognized perfectly. But when I click on “add midi to song track” EZBass adds three chord changes (Dm, C, Dm/C). When I change the chords, EZBass adjusts the intervals and the bass run no longer fits to the C major chord. What can I do? Can I adjust it manually before adding it to the song track so that the intervals are preserved?
