Channel Effects Presets Like SD2?

I’ve had SD3 since it came out but I just noticed that I can’t find any of the Channel Presets that are in SD2 (Eg. there were a whole range of Channel Effect Presets broken down into categories for each drum (snare, kick, hi-hat, etc) with names like ‘Muscle’ and ‘Guillotine’ in SD2).

I rarely used those, so I just never noticed.

Are they there in SD3? And if so, where? Maybe I’m just taking stupid pills today but I don’t see them.

Hi,

 

in SD3 you have ‘Channel Effects’ Presets. The SD2 mixer FX are completely different, so they cannot be used by SD3.

You can save your own Channel Effects Presets and Manage them in the Finder/Explorer if you want to organise them into folders.

Thanks for the reply. But with all the improvements to SD3 and attention to details, it’s a little disappointing to not have those ported over (or at least some analogs.) I never used them as is, but they were time-savers for getting in the ballpark.

Please consider doing something similar for your next update.
