Changing Volume Of Just The Fill

I’m creating a drum track in EZ Drummer 2 using multiple grooves. One of the grooves, the fill, is way to loud.

How would I lower the volume of just the fill groove? Should I do it in EZD or in my DAW?

Double click the fill to enter Edit Play Style, and lower the velocity value on the knob (on the right lower part of Edit Play Style). When you enter Edit Play Style all drums are selected, so lowering the velocity will lower the velocity of all drums. You can also, for example, select the snare to change only the snare’s velocity.
