Changing User Preset File Path Issues

Hello so I have SD3 fully installed onto my pc however on my laptop i run it through an ssd because all the files are too large. I want to be able to keep the same user presets on both the laptop (mac) and my pc (windows). So I tried changing the path but whenever i try to it creates the same files over and over again. It creates a new set of the PresetsEZX -> SL-SUPERIOR_DRUMMER_3 -> S3PRESETS files. How do I make it so that it recognizes that all those files are already there.

Change the location and copy your presets to the new location.

I have my locations pointing to my Google Drive for both my desktop and my laptop to share presets amongst other user items. That way, when I create or update a preset, it will appear on the other machine.
