Changing preset triggers

I have 10 toms, 2 snares, 2 kick drums, 2 remote hi-hats, and 7 cymbals. Gospel kit works if I can program certain items to do things that they weren’t originally intended to do, i.e., changing the 3 little electronic pads on the preset kit into the extra toms that I need. Is there anyway to do that? I can change cymbals to toms, etc., on my td-27 modules but so far not on Ezdrummer. I am hoping for good news but am skeptical whether or not I will be able to use a kit this size with Ezdrummer.

Ezdrummer should allow you to create a personalized kit and set sounds accordingly.

In A DAW you could use multiple instances of EZD and get whatever you want. If you need this to work in standalone mode you need to test it out to understand a limitation which is unique to each EZX. Only certain Instruments are allowed to load certain sounds. You can’t load a Cymbal into a Tom for example.

Only Superior Drummer 3 can do this in Standalone with no limitations.

Thank you very much. Time to get Superior Drummer then. LOL! Amazing sounds in Ezdrummer so I’m excited to head SD in the near future.
