Changing Power hand in Edit Play Style Problem

When working in Edit Play Style the possibility to change Power Hand disappears after Merging blocks in the Timeline !

 

I’ve attached a file where it occurs !

Yes, you’re right. I can get it to return by going into grid editor and moving any note or using the pencil tool and and double click (create/remove) from a blank spot on the grid, but when you merge 2 blocks on the timeline Power Hand indeed disappears.
