Changing Drums

Example: Let’s say I load a preset from the Rock Solid EZX in SD3, but I like the snare from the Modern “Ringy Rock” EZX preset. If I load that snare, will it sound exactly like it does in the Modern Ringy Rock EZX preset or will the sound be different since it is being loaded into the Rock Solid preset? Hope this makes sense.

How does it sound now when you load the above scenario in EZD2? It will sound the same when loading EZXs in S3.

What you can do in Superior Drummer 3 but not in EZdrummer 2: re-route the snare to its own mixer channels, so it can get a sound that’s unaffected by the mixer effects.
