Hello all,
Question: I recall that a previous version of EZD had the ability to adjust the tempo by using an adjustable dial….unlike the present version that has only three selections (1/2X, 1X and 2X) for speed. With the adjustable dial, I could set the tempo anywhere that I wanted to match the song that I was recording.
Is there any way to get that “Dial” back? It was great to be able to set the drum tempo to the exact tempo of the track that I was laying down. Is there an add-on for EZD to allow a fully-variable adjustment for tempo?
Thanks for your help.
EZdrummer will sync to host tempo. What host are you using?
There has never been any ‘dial’ for tempo.

Thanks for the information. It helps.
I’m using Reaper and Mixcraft 5.
I could have sworn that an older version of EZD had the adjustable tempo control dial. Beats me. If not EZD, then some program out there had it. It was great.
I record my own music and don’t set a tempo. Whatever it is, it is. Then I add drums and other backgrounds. The tempo has to match whatever I recorded. I know that it’s not the correct way to do it, but I haven’t learned how to use these programs yet.
Thanks again.
