Hi everybody
I have just started to use ezdrummer along with studio one. I have written a song that starts in 7/4 and after 35 bars go to 4/4. At tne middle of the song the 7/4 part si reprised.
How can i manager all these time changes with ezdrummer? In studio one i understood how to do it but ez keeps the initial 7/4 also on the 4/4 ones and cannot change it..
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Giorgio
EZD2 will follow the tempo and time changes when Sync is activated but, currently, the time changes won’t be reflected in the Song Track.

Thanks Scott
Sync is activted. The first part in 7/4 is great. After that there 4 bars in 4/4 w/o drums (only bass and a rythm guitar). When the drums start on bar 5 it does not match perfectly but is slightly in delay….
What happened? Thanks for helping
What does ‘slightly in delay’ mean? One beat? One measure? When changing time signatures, your best course of action is to drag your EZD2 MIDI into your DAW and not try to sync the two as the measures won’t line up due to EZD2’s Song Track not being able to show the time changes.

It is a slight delay…less than 1/8th….
I will try to do what you suggest dragging the midi file in my daw (studio one)….I let you know. Thanks by now
I followed the suggestion and drag the ez files to the daw. It worked….thanks for helping
