Change song "part" (intro, verse) and have Song Creator recognize it ?

Is there a way to change the song part of a clip, so that Song Creator will recognize it as that new “part”?

No, it’s not possible to change the preferences of Toontrack MIDI.

Thanks for the reply.   However, I would like to clarify this issue.  NOT being able to change a clips’s “part” designation doesnt make a lot of sense.  It has to get the designation from somewhere.

For instance, What about a user created clip?  How does the user, that would be me, assign a custom user clip a “part” designation.

And then, I assume, once a clip’s part designation is changed, say from “Verse” to “Bridge”, then I would expect the Song Creator to treat it accordingly.  Right?

Yes, if you for example drag a groove to the song track, change it’s Song Part to Intro, then drag it to to your User MIDI folder – it will be treated as an Intro when you use it with Song Creator.
