fyi: a MIDI groove does not loop unless your DAW, the EZkeys Song Track
or the EZkeys Groove Browser instructs it to do so.

Any standard 8-bar groove laid out end-to-end in the Song Track 4 times
will play for 32 bars and it won’t loop unless the ‘loop’ function is enabled.
Any number of grooves laid out end-to-end in the Song Track for any length
will play end-to-end and won’t loop unless the ‘loop’ function is enabled.

You should definitely review this section of the EZkeys manual:
    The EZkeys Song Track

Thanks very much for your helpful reply! I did figure out what was causing the 8-bar looping and fixed it. I set up my 32-bar chord progression by stringing together four 8-bar grooves, so the 8-bar length wasn’t a limitation after all. When set to Follow Host, it does just what I needed.

Sorry to have bothered you. I was just trying to figure it out after reading the manual and serching the internet didn’t answer my question. There was one relevant question on the forum that came up when I searched fom the EZkeys page, but it turned out to be from the drum category and the page said I wasn’t allowed to read the post without buying a drum product that I don’t need….

You are very kind, and I am already getting great results from EZkeys. Thank you for a great product and great support!
