Not sure how to explain it other than certain instruments/articulations seem to trigger what sound like sped up conversations. It’s usually unintelligible but one time I could make out someone saying “you get that?” This happens most frequently with rimshots on the VK Cast Bronze snare. I can sort of make sense of how this could happen in the recording process but wanted to see if anyone has experienced the same thing. I use SP3 in logic on a 2023 16-inch mac – I’ve tested and experienced this without any other plugins active, still open to this being something dumb I’m doing separate from the SDX but curious regardless.
The Dreaded Studio Ghost Voices- Oh yeah, I’m willing to bet that we’re all experiencing it but no one talks about it. It’s like we’re all pretending like it doesn’t exist. lol After a while you’ll get used to it and just ignore it. But yeah we’re all hearing it or at least a lot of us are. Still, don’t quite understand how they could allow such an error to get through and still not be able to fix it. Hopefully they’ll address it someday.

Thanked by: Tateb13Hi,
Thanks for the report. The VK snare is in the Fields of Rock SDX but we have found the samples and will get them fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime if you leave the layer limits at default the samples should not be triggered.
