I tried to contact support. I entered filled out all the requested information and was told that it couldn’t prove that I was a human.
What do I do now?

David, sorry to hear you are having problems, may I ask which Browser you were using? Do you have any kind of Blockers active?
Do you have another Browser you can try?
If not, may I ask what your issue concerns?
