No products in the cart.
When I try to use EZX Nashville offline, it says it’s registered to a different account. It is not. It works fine if I’m online, but I do not want to work while online. Product Manage shows everything is OK. All products in my account show everything is OK. I need customer support.

this sounds strange, with old versions of EZdrummer, this could happen if you Disabled your NIC, which then changed the Hardware Configuration but I haven’t seen anything about suddenly getting a message about it being registered to another account.
